Callington Mill acquired this Old Kempton Distilled spirit, initially aged in 20L Australian Tawny and Apera casks. The whisky matured further in 300L white fortified casks from the Rutherglen region in Victoria. Audacity is a deep amber Tasmanian Whisky that provides intense and powerful notes of vanilla custard, cocoa and tobacco.
